Information you share with us

Information from Kwunphi products

Some of our Connected Products or certain features of Connected Products will not function properly without collecting certain information. For example, Wallox (the Kwunphi smart vacuum robot) needs to map your glass walls to know where to go to clean.
Information from online interactions
Whether you actively provide information to us, or simply browse our website or use our application, we collect and store limited personal data and anonymous aggregated statistics from all website visitors and application users. The information we collect includes the IP address of the device you are using, the browser you are using, your operating system, the date and time of access, the URL of the website from which you linked to our website and how you use our website or application. information.

Information We Collect at Stores, Booths and Events
When you visit our sales centers, booths and events in person, you may share personal data with us; such as your name, contact details and payment information (see the section above entitled "Information You Share with Us" part).
We also collect your personal data through CCTV, filming and photography. CCTV cameras are primarily used for security purposes; in some of our sales centers, they are also used to help us count traffic (that is, the number of people entering and leaving our sales centers). We shoot videos and photos at some events and exhibitions (for example, when opening a new store); we use videos and photos for commercial purposes (for example, to post on our social media pages). We will post notices in sales centres, booths and events where CCTV is used, or where we intend to take videos or photos, informing you that we collect personal data about you.
If you have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth enabled on your mobile phone (or other device) when you enter our sales center, visit our booth, or attend our events, we will also use Collect limited personal data. Beacons are small wireless transmitters that connect to nearby smart devices, such as smartphones, via Bluetooth.
Information collected from third-party data providers
We only collect information from third parties who have your permission to share data. This includes aggregated demographic and lifestyle data from third-party data providers to understand the relative wealth of households within your community. They help us deliver offers at the right time to provide you with a more targeted owner experience and provide you with more targeted service and advice.
